I've glazed the jam but it wasn't dry when I took the photo so looks a bit cloudy - I was too impatient to wait - just like eating cake really. I've got a Victoria sponge in the oven while I'm doing this - it's 7.30 am and I realised I didn't have anything to go in my sons lunch box! Smells delicious but I'll have to wait until my friend comes around for coffee later for a piece.Materials
